Our donation this month will be going to Protectors of Animals out of East Hartford, CT. POA is honored to be able to display the Independent Charities Seal of Excellence. The Seal is awarded to members of Local Independent Charities of America that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify, document and demonstrate that they meet the highest standards of public accountability, program and cost effectiveness.
